The start to a fish room

My buddy and I are start up a fish room in my basement we got the tanks we are going to have a 125gal 33 longs x 4 50 breeders x 2 and then to 30 gals and maybe we will be adding more.. We will be making the stand out of 2x6 and 2x4. Are sump is going to be a 55 gal fish tank. Pump unknown yet... Will be putting pics up as we go.. Here are some

Cool deal...

Have you considered running central air + sponge filters?

I seriously considered centralized sumps when building my room but opted for a centralized air system instead.

Overall, the filtration was just as effective, less expensive up front cost & more efficient, ie; less expensive, month to month in power bills..

Just a thought..

Depends on the pump but yeah, some can be very noisy.

Haven't posted in a long time things have been moving... Few thing are diff no more 125 we are doing 40 breeders and are wife's where great and get us are pump as a x-mas gift... And we got some of the stands made up Here are some pics
