the rules already stated that every brooders at some point must release some its juveniles back to nature ... but in reality, some of them may cheated

You must be seriously deluded to say that...
On the side note it always amazes me to how some people from the western side of the world still habour the idea of how every non-western people are people are low class and seemingly vultures who devour every single thing crosses their path. Maybe it's time for you to grow up and take sometime off and travel outside to see how the world is now.

All those sharks that are killed off for fin soup are the kinds of things that lead some people to feel that way.

Because I've seen pics of Asian aros cooked on plates haha like someone had already said, as a well prepared delicacy it is worth a lot of money too. Its like a high class dish, not cheap. Also my uncle said he ate some in Vietnam (as in the war not recently) after seeing a pic of one, I assume that one was asian. Also what do you think the farmers do w/ ones not showing the desirable color traits? Those probably go to the restaurants and to the farmers plate

The rhino horns and other poached animal parts are bad news too but they are not considered food so that's a whole nother topic...There are plenty of other examples that can be mentioned alongside the shark fins though.
