The tank of the ancients

I now have 3 ancient fish in one tank Added the two Senegals today, one is quite large and is having no problems will the gar and arowana. The smaller one had a small spat with the gar but now seems to be getting along fine. Any tips to keep aggression down between the gar and Senegals? they have lots of hiding places and white sand substrate. Thanks!
