Got bored so figured I'd create a grow out thread for these youngsters. =)

Below are some of my collection kept in a 450 gallon tank.

Xingu, azul, broko, tems, and lots of kelberis.

I have a kelquiti at my buddies house I haven't picked up and also looking to add pinima and aruguai kel.

I'm hoping there will be no aggression with the variety of basses. But we shall see.

Awesome growouts!
I recently moved 2 of my kels from a white back tank to a black back tank. Huge difference in color. So much nicer amongst the black.
Is the 450g gonna be their permanent home or do you have a bigger tank?
And what kel variants do you have?

Wow!! nice growouts Ace

Thanks bro

i have the white back just to see what it'll look like but i'll probably remove and go with clear back with natural sunlight. These were all in a 120 grow out with my plecos but sold the 120 and all my monster fishes in the 450. i caught the CREAM addiction so I dedicated the 450 to the basses. I want to add a few more bass variants and then start to watch their growth.

I have about 8 F1 kels purchased from Dan (COTA) and couple of Wild Caught purchased from JOJO. i'm not even going to call them Ipatinga at this point based on the speculations on a different thread. Regardless, they are coming along very nicely so i'm happy with them.

He fed them to his African tiger fish addiction!
