I can't believe how much you Americans cook your bacon, it's way to crunchy, lol. When I cooked for my fiance she didn't want to eat the bacon I cooked because she didnt trust it, she reckons we don't cook our bacon enough, the point of that useless information? I wouldn't want to eat that burger, lol.

I guess it depends on preference...when I am just having bacon and eggs I like my bacon crunchy, but if its going into an omlette or on a sandwich I like it to be a normal meaty consistancy...bacon is bacon to me....as long as I'm not dying from the swine flu I'm alright

Great sandwich- needs more Miracle Whip.

I like soft bacon- keeps the nitrate flavor better. Wait will the nitrates kill swine flu?
If so bring on the Lebanon Bologna (if you are not PA Dutch - look it up).
