Today 17-4-2010 the white leopoldi died. The cause of death is never 100 % sure but the most reliable course is blood poisoning during pregnancy. Yesterday we tried with a vet, to do some research she was acting strange a few days. At the moment of research she aborted 3 very small pups ( about 2 cm) . She had already all kind of bleu markings. She was injected with some antibiotic but it was to late.
We have lost a truly unique animal, not only in our collection but also in the ray world, one of a kind. We enjoyed taking care and watching her, she will be missed.
