HAPPENED. And I'm wicked up set :( today on my to the gym after work I get a voice mail from my mom telling my that my tank leacked all over and that the ceiling is ruined and that I need to get my tank out today!!! So I get home and somw how a hose poped off my canister! And now I have to pay to have their ceiling replastered once it dryes and I have to get rid of my tant!
Now my moms crying and I feel like dieing, I have one semester of college left and then I was planning on moving on my own and hopefully bringing my fish with me!
So I moved my gekos from my 40 breeder into a 10 gallon and am moving my 40 to the girl I'm datings house along with all my fish! Wich is was to much for a 40... until I can relocate my fish!! I'm hoping I can talk her into taking my 90 too but space is looking limeted... I might be able to keep it in her garage... :( sorry I had to vent, and I'm on the road on my phone :(

Sucks dude. Hope you can keep as much as possible.

The 40 breeder is running now but I only got to keep about 15 gallons of tank water, everone is moved, but there is sand that was mixed with the gravel and that is taking it's time to settle, I might be able to get her to take the 90 gallon in, but the thing is we weren't even in that sereous of a relationship yet... and she has a 2 year old son, he's wicked exited about it all and it's adorable, but what if I move out in a year and want them back... this is all very distrubing :( sorry I don't have a camera on my so no pics

Maybe someone on the area can help you out with space to keep stuff/taking fish in.. hope it works out..

Thanks for the smile pmtuneupman13 :) I needed it! At least I know they'll be looked after... considering I'll probably still be doing all the water changes... I just don't know how I'm going to fall asleep at night now... I used to watch them everynight, one of the only things that really soothes me and calms me down after a long day. Now I just gotta get my ass in gear finish school and look for a place of my own so I can get my fish back full time instead of part time hahaha.
As for paying for the ceiling that **** just sucks :( but I supose it's my fault... :(

Yes indeed this does suck, you'll get through it though. You've got a place for your fish and in time you'll look back on this and laugh.

Look at it another way...it would suck even worse if it was your house and someone damaged it and expected you to foot the bill for it...

Sorry for the problems. Worse things can happen. Adversity can bring out the best if you work with it.
