The XBOX 360

Hello.
I want to buy an Xbox 360 so I decided to do some research. I found in Amazon.com many customer reviews complaining that the Xbox 360 has malfunctions like screen freezing. Is this true? If you have an Xbox 360 please tell me if it has any problems at all. Thanks a lot for your help.

That is what causes it. The 360 gets pretty dang hot, so DO NOT set it on a carpeted floor and give it plenty of breathing space on whatever it is you put it on. I've had mine for a few months now and haven't had a single problem.

If you want my advice, wait untill Chirstmas time to buy one. There really isn't any must have games for it at the moment IMO. Had I realized this sooner, I would have waited.

yup most of the people i know just watch dvd's on it, i like how u can turn it on with the controller hah

Mine JUST started freezing up and giving me the right light. I'm pissed.

If its overheating, i would definitely put it on its side and put a small fan directed at its vent to prevent overheating. But that is a design flaw and it overheating shouldnt be an issue in consoles.

Chrome Hounds comes out July 11, THATS what I want to get an xbox 360 for!! I think its made for xbox too..so i might just go that route. Is it really that much better than xbox? The xbox 360 i mean...

I saw the demos and screen shots and i have to agree. Mech games rocks !

Mech Assualt and Mech Assualt II SUCKED though...so i really hope this one is much better...lol.

I loved MechWarriors for PC though, THEY were awesome!!

dude living above me has had his 360 replaced already due to problems. i'd just start saving for a ps3 $$$ouch$$$. what a joke.
