For December '15 end of the month voting:

thebiggerthebetter , has successfully managed to breed silver arowanas in a fish tank. This has only been accomplished a handful of times in the hobby, and is deserving of special recognition for such a rare event. The requirement for the issuance of a Silver fish breeder award specifically allow for rare, one off occurances such as this.

A member who is well known in the fish keeping community as having displayed a proven long, productive, consistent history of running a captive breeding program for several species of fish for no less than two years OR a member who has displayed an ability to successfully breed species considered to be rare or difficult to breed in the hobby.

Certainly gets my vote. I was fortunate in that my silvers spawned for me over 2 decades ago. And, I haven't been able to duplicate the event since. Definitely a rarity.
