My thermo heater is having some problems. I put it in my tank and the light doesnt turn on and i can tell the water isnt as warm as it is supposed to be. What do i do. I have another heater in there that is always on over working. The tank is 180 gallons. The heaters are for 100 gallons (not working one) and 90 gallons. Any one know what to do?

I'm going out on a limb here, but if one of your heaters isn't working, my guess is that you should replace it with a working heater. If my calculations are correct, that should warm your tank once again to the temperature you desire.
is the ac on? maybe the summer temps are making the tank warmer than the heater setting, so the heater doesn't need to turn on. try a thermometer to see tank temp, or maybe after a cold w/c, set the heater to maximum(temporarily) and see if it lights up
