Theoretically, what would work for a 10 x 5 x 5 tank?

This plan is a long time away, once I move out into a new house and get enough money ready to purchase the supplies, but I can't get my mind off it, so I thought I'd ask now.

Basically, I went to SharkRayCentral, and started looking for sharks and rays that I could keep together in a tank. Haven't checked into compatibility yet, but I made sure that all required less than the size of my theoretical tank, and were compatible with the same ppt, pH, and Temp.

I came up with:
Tank Name: Aqua Pacifica
Location of Species: Australia/Indo-Pacific, Mexico/Sea of Cortez,
Dimensions: 10' x 5' x 5'
Volume: 1,870.1 gallons
Temperature: 72* F
pH: 8.2
ppt: 32

Australian Species (Sharks):
Chiloscyllium plagiosum
Hemiscyllium ocellatum
Heterodontus portusjacksoni
Sutorectus tentaculatus

Mexican Species (Rays):
Urobatis maculatus

Are all of those species compatible? And would I need a bigger footprint in order to house all of those? If not, what combination of those could I keep together?

I'm willing to change the plans, since this is years away anyway.

It seems that every species I picked is a benthic species, are there any swimming species I could get as to not make the top few feet of the tank essentially empty that will fit into those dimensions or moderately larger dimensions?

Are there any other Pacific fish species I could house with those as well?

Or are there any other shark species you could recommend? The only one of those I'd be unwilling to take out is the Port Jackson, though I would love the Wobbegong and the Epaulette is one of my favorites. And I want at least 1 ray species.

PJ will get too big. Depends on who you talk to, some say Cobbler's can get big. To me they are one of the smaller wobbs, though.

I'd look into smooth hounds or some of the smaller bentho-pelagic species to fill the water column.

I must have read SRC wrong or looked at the wrong type of shark on accident then...

I'd have to add an extra two feet from the front to the back to make it be enough for them... and then I wouldn't really be able to have any other species.

saddening, I wanted a shark species that was named after me XD

As for the tank size requirements on SRC, do you have to add them all together and have it be less than the tank size, or do the 2nd and 3rd, etc. sharks require less extra space?

Well - the Cobbler's Wobbie and the PJ are basically cool water species(perfer water temps below 70F). While the White-spotted Bamboo and Ocellated Eppie are tropical species (basically above 72F).

As for figuring the tank size of a multiple species tank on SRC - basically look at the largest species or the most active species. In the case of the species listed - that would be the Port Jackson's Shark. Since they are the largest species listed as well as the most active.

But if your look for a good benthic shark and ray combination for a tank that is 10ft long x 5ft wide. Then I would suggest the following combo.

White-spotted Bamboo (C. plagiosum)
Papuan Eppie (H. hallstromi)
Coral Catshark (A. marmoratus)

Cortez Stingray (U. maculatus)

Also on such a tank I would suggest a tank depth of no more than 30" .

That way you have compatible species with similar requirements.
