theres a growth on my angle fishs head

My angel fish has a big red growth on its head, does any one know what it could be?

I have two males that are really old and they get this hump on the head. But it should not be red. How old are the fish?

bought it full size, i have had it for about 4 months, it looks like a big red ball on his forehead. I would show you a picture, but i can find the cord to hook my phone to the computer

that's the normal hump on cichlid!
these red hump could be because of dirty water, do water change more often can stop it!
