i am seeking to purchase a good thermometer, i currently own a pin point remote sensor thermometer. i really don't like how its designed; its bulky and ugly and just no very good. i must take out the batteries each time i turn it off. in order to do so i have to unscrew little screws each time. i also believe it lies to me!! my water seems a little to cool to seem like 80 degrees:wall:

anyways, i was wondering if anyone could suggest a very reliable and accurate one to me, and provide a picture of it and the box it comes in, so i know what to look for. also the price does not matter!! i paid $75 for the piece of $hit im using right now. so i would pay anything for one that actually works properly!

thank u soo much!

i use this one at work and at home... just replace the battery every few months... no idea where you can find it other than online

those glass ones for a buck.... never failed me yet...

I've been down the thermometer road already and this is what I found to be the cheapest and most accurate.

I have these on all my tanks and are very accurate. I confirm this with this thermometer from Wal Mart in the kichen supply area.

I also use it to adjust temperature of water on a python water change. I have 6 tanks and the digital thermometer agrees with the strip every time.
