Anyone know if you can get these birds in Canada or the USA Patagonian Parakeet (or Conure) and Austral Parakeet. thanks

yes you can get both in the usa. I've seem them sold as Patagonian Conure and Rosetta Parakeets. Resonably priced, but beware the Patagonian is very loud.
