Can't see the brand very well from the pictures, but heaters are something to never skimp on. If your heater gets stuck on it will cook your fish. Not sure what size your looking for, but I'd go with ebo jager heaters. I have two running that are coming up on seven years old.

That doesnt mean buy the most expensive heater you can find. They still can be junk.

I have an 11 year old jager, but I have had good luck with all brands including deep blue, topfin, marineland, and hydro. The jagers have been the most consistent, but I really like the hydro theos.
