i have a pair of Jaguars (currently for trade in the classifieds) and they're last batch of babies aren't even 3 weeks old, and they are laying eggs on a nearby rock, is this even possible? or should i not get too excited?

Oh, it's possible. Sounds like you just became a local feeder lord. Start selling while they're small. Usually 20 cents apiece will push them out the door, but you might have to go lower once you have 5000 fry at once.
