Hi folks,

Friday evening I came into my fish appartment after not beeing there for a week, and I found the first breeding in 2012 amongst my snakeheads.
My pair of Channa asiatica have spawned again, and the fry without yolksack and already getting colour were swimming around the tankl searching for food.
The juveniles started feeding on decap Artemiaeggs.

Its the third breeding of this pair, and the fourth breeding of the female (she killed her first partner). I have these fish since the late 2008

the pics showing the pair above are shortly before these two bred the first time together in 2009. This is the third breeding of these two, and the female had a fourth breeding with another male, but that male was killed by her.
