thin white worms?

i have a 10 gallon tank with 4 mystery snails and today i looked closley at the gravel through the glass and saw these thin white what seem to be worms

what could they be, how can i get rid of them and how do you think they got there?

don't be alarmed. sounds like planaria. do a search on mfk and on google for pics. planaria is harmless to your stocklist and can usually be eliminated rather quickly with less feeding and more WC
