Thing on my barra >.< help

What is that on my barramundi ?!!! Brought him for $10 like a week ago, and its bout 2". All i did was skipped 1 day of water change, and the tank got a lil moldy-looking all of a sudden. It started out with white spots (pretty sure they are not ich cuz the spots arent rilly round)on fins and a white fuzz blob on the side. And i added aquarium salt to the water. The white spots on fins r gone now, but that blob looks scarier now :( it looks like a white fuzzy blob attached to the skin, and the skin kinda peeled off and can now kinda see the meat of the barra :screwy: need help :cry: wat other medicine will work ? o.O

pimple ??? o.O ... didnt know fish got pimples. if it is a pimple... wat kinda treatment do i need to give him ? ...
 
o emmm ... 2 pbass (probably occellaris ) also 2" . but they totally get along well, and pbass dont have teeth to do that damage anyway. so, its definitely a disease / parasite ...
 
IS THE BARRA STILL ACTING NORMAL EATING WELL AND INTERACTING WITH YOU AND HIS TANKMATES, OR IS HE LOOKING LISTLESS AND TIRED? I WOULD NOT BE HEADING FOR THE MEDICINCE CUPBOARD JUST YET. THE TRICK HERE IS TO KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON THE BEHAVIOR OF YOUR BARRA.
 
O he is very active . he follows my finger all the time :D and plays with the bass. He eats like a pig ... should i stop on adding salt when i do water change?
 
Possibly fungus, or some type of parasite. bump the temp to around 84-86 add an air bubbler for more oxygen. and add some aquairum salt.
 
okie ... i just notice the fuzz blob just fell off this afternoon, and theres only a hole on the skin left. i guess its recovering . thanks guyz ^__^
