4th pic looks like hair algae maybe dont quote me on that also the third pic is algae forming on the glass wich is normal get a magnet algae scraper and clean it every day...are u using tap water?
 
yes i use tap water. and i just cleaned the sides to day i just thought it was neat
and yes that's hair algae
 
to cut down that brown on ur glass go to walmart near you and theres green gallon jugs for 74 cents that are called "drinking water" and its processed by reverse osmosis helped alot with my algae problems
 
but my eel or puffer will eat it
