So I had ordered all of the supplies from Big Al's before I had the tank set up. Now that I have it up and going, one of the Jager 200w heaters I bought doesn't work. Of course, Big Al's won't refund me or anything because it has been over a month, but has been in the tank for two days...This is bull. Rant over!

Try calling them and plead your case. You never know.

Failing that, contact the manufacturer.

I did call them already...They gave me the run around. For some reason it just doesn't want to hit 78. I'll figure something out.

Been there done that! Learned by heaters last! Also just had to replace all my heaters after just shy of 1 1/2 years of use. They all decided they either didnt want to turn on or they turned on and stayed on. Had a tank get to !!!90!!! Thought I was going to lose all the fish. I am in the process of making of investing in in line pond heaters on my larger tanks. Good luck getting it replaced or refunded!

Why not buy another one and send the broken one in for a replacement that way you have a spare. Im not a huge fan of the new jagers.
