I work in the flooring business. Your average customer drives me nuts. I work at an lfs, the average customer drives me nuts. Someone tried to get credit for SW fish that he bought and put into a tank that he admitted had not had a water change in 4-6 months. His nitrates were over 100 ppm.

The bottom line is, I think I care more about the health and safety of your average fish than the average person. What does that make me? LOL
