Doesn't anyone learn from the Monaco mistake?
 
I've had and have cyanobacteria in my tank and the smell when you cleaning is not at all pleasant, now imagine a few acres of it.
 
Monaco was Caulerpa taxifolia apparently it was realised while famous Jacques Cousteau was in charge.
