thinking about a ray but worried about current tankmates

i have:silver aro
spotted gar
2 clown knives
3 severums
blood parrot
gibby pleco
3 pbass

not concerned about size as i would growout the ray till adequate as i am doing with some of the fish listed above. tank is 72"x30"x24" and will be getting bigger later on.

would a motoro ray work? i know when dealing with preds its always iffy but do you see any red flags?

not sure as Im not really into fish. But I would say only keep the aro the p-bass. And maybe the gar.. But you want a light bioload to keep good water for the ray. If you get one you will love it. And never look back. Goodluck. Im sure some other people with tell ya yes or no

All those fish will be ok with the rays, Watch the pleco they might be a problem.

I have an 18" spotted gar and a 8 inch severum in with my rays with no problems. The green severum likes to clean up after the rays when they eat so i'm really glad to have him in there. The gar just chills out and the rays swim over him or he rests on them sometimes. He's been in there for years.

yeah your rays are awesome, im the guy who bought that white bin off of ya. if i decide to get a ray i was hoping to get a pup from you when the time comes/availability.
