I'm throwing the idea around of putting an order in with Rapps and picking up a few more cichlids and wanted to know what you guys thought.

It's for my 210 gallon. Current cichlids include 7-8" barred midas, 6" escondido, 6" zonatum, 6-7" spectabilis, 5" festae, 4" robertsoni. Here's a link for pics:

Anyways, I'm thinking of adding one more cichlid. Either a grammodes, melanurus, or argentea. So far I have absolutely no aggression in my tank. I was also contemplating the idea of a school of 5-6 cutteri. So what do you guys think?

i think an argentea added to that mix would look SWEET, but its tricky to say as adding another cichlid no matter how mellow it is may disrupt your current tank hierarchy and send things into chaos...

Personally, I think you are already stocked. Aggression may be fine now but there is still a lot of growing to be done.
Yeah, that's a good point. Who knows what the tank will be like when all fish are pushing the 10-12" mark. I guess I could just always build an 800 gallon plywood tank :naughty::naughty::naughty:

I totally agree about the argentea. That has been on my wish list for a long time. Who knows, I might just go for it. If problems arise, I have a 125g and a 55g that I could play with for some temporary rearranging.
