thinking about getting into rays

well i of course want to research and ask questions. so here are my questions right now.

1- whats the smallest species of ray?
2- whats the hardiest species of ray?
3- is bare bottom alright for them to live in?
4- what temp do they like?
5- what do they like theyre water at?(ph and what not)


thanks in advance and helping out a ray noob. i found these rays a few ofteh lfs near me. 200$ and 80$. i just dont know what kind they are:irked:

but yeah HPIZZLE, my sizzle, keep it forizzle, and get a motorizzle.

Motoros are easy to keep but keep in mind you will need a 3'-4' wide tank when your done..
I hear the R018 Smooth-Nosed Motoros do not get nearly as large though..

also quit trying to derail if you weren't a female you would totally have an infraction by now




HPIZZLE - What size tank you going to be working with? I think starting off with a 240g tank is a good choice..
 
well i was thinking 125 square tank, will that be alright for a couple months?
