thinking about getting some clowns

Well i love my 3 yoyos and they are doing great right now in my community tank, so i was thinking of getting some more loaches and im thinking either more yoyos or some clowns.

How fast will clowns get up to 4 or 5" from 2"? What can i expect to pay for some little guys? Would you advise to get clowns or yoyos? Both of them have sweet patterns and from what i've seen/heard/know they both are about as active and fun.

i know ewurm is going to have my tanks full of loaches yet.

I have Clowns and Yoyos together. If you give them good water quality and some good food, you can see 4" in 6 months or less. The more you have the more active they are, so save up.

I'm feeding a mixture of bloodworms and HBH supersoft and Hbh shrimp pellets and doing 15% a day w/c's and my clown loaches have grown like crazy. Not going to hit 4 inches in six months like ewurm but then again im not a loach god lol. With my good water quality and average food quality mine have gone from 1.5 inches to 2 in + and are much fatter in about 2 months time.

Hmm. not sure on what flavor of loach quite yet. i think i'm just going to look for the best stock and concern myself with what type of loach it is after that.

I suggest if you have 3 yoyos already, get some more

Generally loachs are happier in a big group.

Of course if you have the space get some Clowns as well
