I have a 55g w/ a 7'' a. robertsoni, 4'' t. ellioti, 6'' con, and a 3'' HRP. The firemouth is in a 25g right now and he is about 6''. i had the FM in the 55g when the robertsoni was smaller and removed the FM because he was getting pretty aggressive. Now my robertsoni is bigger then the FM, I want to add the FM to the 55. I would move the con and HRP to the 25g.
Think I will be ok or will re-introducing this aggressive FM cause problems? Also, I am worried about the t. ellioti being smaller.

I would leave the con and hrp in the 55g at first to help with any aggression that may occur. Once things are under control, then maybe you could move them out. Its hard to say what will happen until you try it.

I would think a Firemouth and a Roberstoni would be in conflict with each other, but you cannot always predict these results . . . I do agree with introducting the FM first, and then taking out the convict/HRP only after you see how it's working

True. I might just leave leave them as they are. The 55g is very peaceful. I might have better luck when I have a bigger tank and introduce them all at the same time.
