Thinking of building a 380 gallon tank

I have a project in mind. I'm thinking of building a two tiered fish tank. The top tank would cascade into the second much larger tank.
Questions:1) what is the best glass to use? 2) what heater should I get(if I don't go cold water)3) what's the best filtration to use? Thanks in advance guys.
