anyone have a good web site to go to for care. thinking a painted and or small snapping turtle

Unless you can provide the proper lighting for the painted (warped and cracked shells are not pretty), and or space requirements for the snapping, not to mention the ginormous filtration required (turtle tanks can smell something awwwwfullllllll I'd advise against it.
