thinking of having a nice set up

im thinking of having a nice set up of angle fish tinfoil babrs tiger babrs pictus catfish and a bummble bee cat that will grow 2 8-9" long and is about 3-4" long at this moment and some cichilds but what kind will be ok in there ?? with these fish what about parrot fish and severams (spelling) ??

Hi.. In my experience angel fish and barbs do not do well together. The fins of the angels are just to tempting.. even an angel and severum is iffy depending on the sevs temperment as I am now learning with my adult koi angel and my juvie sev. The flowing fins are just too hard to resist. Tiger Barbs are much better tankmates in schools of at least 6. I had a school of 11 in a 55 gallon and they ignored the other fish and just played among the school. Any combos would of course depend on the size of your tank..none of these fish are gonna be small at adult size. Good luck with whatever you decide to do and do lots of research. HTH Sue
