So, long story short Im looking for some cool suggestions. I have a Fahaka right now, but hes going to be leaving. Total let down, built this huge tank for this monster, has him close to a year now and refuses to grow. Sitting at about 3.5-4 inches and thats it. Healthy, but looks goofy in the big tank.
Ideas:
oddballs of some sort: fire eel (gets to big I think), arros (def get to big but I love them)
Monsters?
Community with ram pairs?
South american puffer shoal?
Tank is medium to heavy low tech planted. T5 light, fx5 and fluval 305. Only other inhabitants are 5 black skirt tetras, and my upside down cat who I have had forever. Fahaka will be leaving before restock even though for some reason he is friendly.
Suggestions? Cool odd fish I may have missed? Cool monster center piece with some smaller life around him? Lets see and hear some ideas! Thanks all. Im totally drawing a blank.
