Thinking of trying stingrays

Question is will the fish I already have be safe to share a tank with them, Fish are listed below. Fish store I deal with said yes, but wanted more input before I find I have a problem.

Rays when big will eat the eels..
Snowflake eels are technically brackish/marine..
Sun cats and Pictus cats will out-compete for food..
Pictus cats are active might stress em out too..
Irridescent cats and Clown Knifes both get 3', bio-load issues?
