It certainly is struggling. The fish in the 2nd vid clearly gets toppled by the weight of its own kok. That is not appealing to me at all.
An example of when it's all gone a little too far IMO.

Yeah Im not too sure what MonsterFishClub is, But im not too fond of how they do their judging. 1st,2nd,3rd are not exceptional quality. They look like they were only judged by the kok size in proportion to the body. The colors are rather bland and it is rather deformed.
Reminds me of deformation like this, but this one doesnt smile :
