That is not gameplay. Those are cutscenes, maybe even high produced movie scenes for the trailer only. Still a great game, Assassins Creed is one of my favorite games. I only wish that the gameplay could actually look that good and run that smooth.

+1 on crankbaits comment. the new batman game that came out was the same way. they show amazing graphics like that from their cutscenes and when you get into the game your like wtf? lol.

Assassins creed 1 graphics weren't too bad... so i'm pretty sure this ones graphics shouldn't be too shabby either...

It is certainly an extremely well done theatrical trailer. Or at least, I think that is what it is sometimes called. It's not actual gameplay but just cut-scenes. Still, the game looks good and I will certainly buy it when it is released.
