hey everyone I just noticed that there are quite a few firearm owners here so I thought I would show you a precision long range masterpiece... this is my ruger no.1 chambered in a 7mm stw(shooting times western) this baby can push a 160 gr. nosler accubond a 3200+fps I have had some accuracy work done to it and modified the origional ruger scope mounting system to accept burris signature rings.. Why you ask? with the factory mounting system I could only shoot to around 700 yrds. With this mod. I can shoot 1000+. For optics I chose a 6-24x44 burris signature select scope with the ballistic plex recticle. This baby is my pride and joy.

this is the case next to a standar 270 win case. you can see the difference in case capacity( you can feel it to when you squeeze the trigger:D )

love firearms...but cant have em' im still 16 and my mom still thinks im a lil kid
well i have a paintball marker and thats as close as ill ever come 2 a gun

very nice, i like the stock, nice wood

i prefer wood even tho it has its disadvantages, carbon stocks tend to shake and loosen quickly IMO

nice rifle tho, im gonna go take pics of my 30-06 ( not much, but im proud )
thanks, actaully there are more advantages to a wood stock. Laminated wood is even better. My stock is bedded which adds to the advantages.. it's a prefference thing mostly though.
and your right this is a good african plains rifle but it isn't the gun of choice for the larger animals like buffalo

Nice rifle, the most accurate gun I own is my dads, but I use it more than he does lol. Its a 22-250, alot of fun to shoot, especially at prairie dogs lol

yes, perhaps not some the big big game but im sure it works very well for zebra and antelope

all is the choice of what you want, a lil hole, or a big hole, with a nice scope like that, heart punches shouldnt be a problem

the difference in carbon and wood is also that you can shoot my 408 with wood on a bipod or sticks, and with the carbon stock on, you need to be nearly flat on the ground
