the discription says its pvc and doesnt say anything about a coating or anything. if this would work it could save a lot of money on sealing tanks. I think it would just require the sheets and silicone to do it.

I've used that corrugated roofing as a lid before. I don't see how it could be used to seal a tank though.

Very flimsy without additional support and its corrugated, not flat.

I mean like build a plywood tank, and silicone the roofing to the plywood, really just as a way of waterproofing

I use that for a top on my tank. It's the perfect size and lets light through.

Also I don't believe silicone adheres well to PVC. Or at least not well enough to form a water tight seal under pressure.

I would just build the plywood frame and use a drop in pond liner. Probably just as cheap and no need to worry about leaks.
