the setup looks prefect.
what size is the tank? you can add few more piranhas.
there should be some threads already regarding how to introduce new piranhas into a already established shoal.

i think removing the skulls would make it look more natural, but maybe thats just my taste
other than that it looks great

Have you tried changing the setup a little and introducing all the piranhas at the same time. (Take yours out and reintroduce them all in the tank at once).
