This is my MauLau now at 4 inch

The hump kind of went down since he started to grow. I don't why though.





Picked it up for $170 probably spent too much. I need help raising this fish can someone tell me what to do to make his head pop out more he has the genes but don't know what to do.




Currently have a cascade canister on it, Fall shock heater not the glass type, UV sterilizer, and a bit of white crush coral with cheap background paper wrapped on all three sides. Feeding waxworms, bloodworms, medicated minnows against parasites, krill broken into smaller pieces, plankton, bio gold hikari, alife, etc..

Thanks. I was wondering how I could bring out the red a bit more on him/her. If I was to try chingmix which sp model should I go with.. also do you know if a mirror is necessary at all i keep reading that it helps bring out the hump a bit more .

Hmm thanks do you know if the zzmalaus all get their head early or later in their life? It is currently 4 inches head to tail.
