This is my oscars after two weeks of having them

i dont no what kind of cat fish this is, can anybody help? he is pretty big!!

The cat is a synodontis eupterus (featherfin synodontis), beautiful fish, get to about 8-9" at full size. Nice oscars too

thanks belly & gill!! ill try to get better pics of the cat and he is like 7-8 inches now had him since he was like 1-2 inches!!

Wow! That looks just like my female only darker and with the belly of a walrus. But yeah definitely a featherfin. Here's mine I too have had since 1-2 inches

Nice fish how can you tell of there male or female?

Mine is female. Ik because she's extremely moody, hecka fat and stopped growing at7"ish. If its 9" then male, females stop growing at 6" usually. If yours isn't fat its male Guarenteed (not really).

I agree on the species, but I have seen them up to nearly 12".
