He is about 4" and is the new guy on the block... I just got him from Rapps about a week ago. He has really taken to the tank and is not shy at all even though he is the smallest fish.

I looked at lots of pics online and never seen one like that. How do you know it is 100% red devil? I purchased (5) "1.5 - 2.5 inch" red devils from a reputable seller...but I have no idea if they are pure.
Isn't F1..like first generation?
I probably won't be able to tell until they get a little older.
