verry nice keep us posted

What a disaster in my attempt to seal in in a cost effciant manner i used some wrong sealents i ve stripped down most of the paint and will be re sealing shortly.

I read that you can use a tub and tile epoxy as long as it read baby safe this is not true it didnt long to know that this was a mistake and ive now spent several hours of my spare time peeling it off.

Now that ive peeled most of the paint i can move ahead once again complete do over im going to try to look for who posted that you could use the tub and tile epoxy they owe me some fish.

anything "baby safe" in general is a nono for fish.. it has anti bacteria stuff (as does a lot of caulking) and its pure death for fish

yeah i found that out the hard way but ive peeled it off and am now recoating. IN A SAFE MANNER

I actually havnt figured out how to post a pic on a thread that i havnt just started but ive started to reseal my 90 gallon and am working out some bugs on my 150.

No leaks or structural problems but leary of the fiberglass resin so i decided not to use fiberglass resin on the 90.

the picture thing is why i have more than one thread on the same thing i may have to post a thread upon completion for updated pics.

Finances on this type of build makes it a little slow plus a mistake that made it almost double in cost (was supposed to be cheaper)

But i was able to get my stand that far with 0 dollars waiting to score some more free material for that but it s useable in the meantime due to its weight i have to addd anything to it in place.
