I think there was already a thread on this. Either way I got one from them as well.
To be honest Im really surprised that more people arent throwing a few of their bass in pools or ponds outside for the summer and doing the same thing. Wouldnt be too hard in my mind.
Mine had a terrible case of internal parasites and he was sort of on the back burner for a long time. Struggled to get him off live as well - but now that he is on massivore and treated for internals he is a pretty nice fish. About four inches and already showing blue on his fins. Lots of spots - etc etc. Hopefully he/she turns out to be a great fish. Parents looked nice.

Yea...I was surprised. Mine came late fall and it took three days for it to arrive.
Was in fine health other than the parasites.
Also cool that they gave you a bunch of feeders with it.
We should all post pictures of our bass and how big they are.
