sorry for the capitals in the title, but this is the first time i have ever been so pissed off over this hobby!!

quick story, found a 40g breeder w/ everything on craigslist.org for $20.00... sweet!! emailed the guy, got the address and went to pick it up. while i was loading up the 40g into my car the owner asked me if i wanted to the fish in his 10g since he was getting out of the hobby. i said sure... guess what was in there??!!? two 6" silver dollars, 9" pleco and an assortment of fancy guppies. I WAS SHOCKED!! i loaded up the fish too, held my composer and left.

ohh, if you were wondering why he didn't put them in the 40g, its because he didn't have room in his house. ****ing bull**** if you ask me.

here are the poor guys in my 55g.

i bumped up my temp to 80 degrees and threw in some salt, hopefully these guys heal. :(

some people shouldnt be allowed to start the hobby if there going to end up doing stuff like that.

there are loads of fish i would love to go and buy tomorrow but i would never over crowd a tank like that

Silver dollars are tough, should heal up well enough.

Good save on your part, I always seem to find something ridiculous when I go check out something fish related on craigslist.

Awesome save!

Nice save!

My silver dollars are a liitle bit smaller at about 5" in a 120g/60"x18"x26" tank and they still manage to get a little face smashed at times, when they get startled. I can just imagine how bad it was in the 10g tank!
