This lady is crazy.........

Hi everyone.

I shipped out some goldfish, and they arrived to this lady dead. She had the nerve to ask for her money back. I required her to sign for them. Take a look at the date in the tracking number when I shipped the goldfish out, and when they tried to deliver it to her, and see when she actually signed for them.

This lady is crazy....

if "Notice Left, September 04, 2009, 6:24 pm, OXON HILL, MD 20745" means she was out when they were delivered then its her own fault as long as you told her when to be in to accept the delivery. it looks as though the gap between attempted delivery and actual delivery is 15 days.

when i get fish delivered i arrange a day when i will be in to accept the fish the first time, if im out then the live arrival guarantee expires and its on my own back.
a tip for next time, you should really send fish by next day courier or guaranteed next day if your mail service offers that once you arrange a day by email (so you have a record) that the client will be in to accept the fish on the first delivery attempt.
