How will it help the owner if we simply link their videos and start complaining about their ethics or manner of keeping a fish? If I were you, give him a polite email asking him how best to take care of the fish.

maybe it's at a lfs, and it's just in there ready to be sold....... I see lots of cramped fish at my lfs, but they're rarely cramped for long, maybe one week at the most.
