I'm Where I'm At
feeder frogs

i don't ever see any for sale in socal nor have i seen them at any store. are there any for sale in socal??

I used to feed leopard frogs to my animals back inthe day , they were not cheap bro.

You can check bait shop, or a local reptile shop. A reptile shop near me sells them specifically as feeders.

i was thinking about those frogs sold at like petsmart and walmart but that'd cost too much

Bay Area. You can also look online for distributor buy them whole sale, and breed them. Or just buy tadpoles and go from there.

i think tadpoles would be the way to go, either way the are expensive, most shops sell tadpoles,
still trying to get the cichla off feeders?

i feed my aro 50 dwarf frogs once a month my lfs get em for 75 cents a piece at 2in...not cheap bro...

You might be able to get leopard frogs from a lab supply shop since leopards are the dissection frogs usually. Problem with that is you'd probably have to buy them bulk and keeping them alive 'til the bass eat them might be a pain.

I feed my orinos frogs but I used the one they sells inthe asian market..for food (frozen) ...just cut the meat.;)u will see that orinos color up.;)and put size really quick..and also tilapia fillets. hope that helps.
