I was thinking about doing a native pond soon, but luckily i read up on the rules and regulations on az game and fish department's website. It is illegal to transport any game fish alive. Oh well more money to spend on my two south american tanks

I bought some tilapia from Pets Inc several months ago. I guess the dept of game and fish had dropped them off there and P.I. had them for sale.

Anyways... we started off with 8 and now have atleast 15 full size adults and 50 juveniles.

Let me know if you're interested, I can hook you up.

(These are the fastest growing-hardiest fish I've ever encountered in my life!)

well see im 15 so i was lucky to have my parents allow me to have my 55 gal discus tank and my 125 south american cichlid tank. i really had to push them for a pond. maybe when i move out and create a fish room ill see if i can make an extra tank fit lol

These guys are going into a pond soon too, so when you're ready, I'll probably have hundreds!

AZ law prevents you from catching fish and putting them in your pond; it does not prevent you from buying game or other fish from a licensed vendor. You just need to apply for a 20-day stocking permit (this is free) prior to adding any fish to your pond.

what kind of local natives do you guys have there, that you would be willing to sell or trade, and ship to Indiana, IF IT WASNT ILLEGAL ?
