I came home tonight to take some pics of my Limas, but as I approached My 125 I noticed a bent nose. It's not the worst I've seen but it bums me out because this was my favorite, of my trio.

I've had these guys in here for about 8 months now and finally changed the aquascaping a month ago, everything was going well until I tried to share it.

This guy got a bit of a bent tip when I moved them into this tank but that straightened back out as he grew. And he really hasn't freaked out in the big tank, as to cause himself this much damage. I bought this one a year ago he was 4-5" then , and now I estimate him at around 10-11".

not much of an update now but here are the pics anyways

not the best pic but shows the bend

he's the top one doesn't look as bad there

Here's the big one pushing 14 " not really big in the monstercatfish world

more bend. there is a red color on the underside I suppose from internal injury.

So what's the verdict IYO's at a year old and almost a foot long will this straighten out or is it bent for life?

I really like your setup, the rock placement is a trip lol

Nice limas, why was that particular one your fav?

Sorry bout the bent nose, but your tank looks amazing! Wonderful job there

Thanks for the compliments, That one was my favorite because he was the most voracious eater, those shrimp don't stand a chance.

Thanks to everyone else too.

Thanks Bruce.
Well he just ate, so it hasn't affected his appetite. and after looking at these pictures he seems to be 'on the mend',
I did a 50% water change last night.
I 'll just keep on babying them and keep the updates rolling.
