These photos jump around in order, but I think you should get the jest of the sure size of the project, I decided to take on at the beginning of this year. To start of I love nature but live in a city. So I brought nature to me! My project when completed will wrap 3 of the 4 side of our home, one large deck, a tree house, and approximately 12K ~ 15K gal of water. It all started because 9 years ago I received a Red-Eyed Slider Turtle. SHE GROW but that another story in all. But some of the Fish Im currently collecting and raise to keep in this pond are as followed, but not limited to; Large Mouth, Small Mouth Bath, Florida Gar, War Mouth, Tilapia, Bill Gill, Red Ear Perch, Yellow Bull head Cat, Seminole Kellies, Gulf Kellies (tank only), Koa, and Plecos in company of 12 red-eared turtles.
The 250 Tank which over flows in to 300 Gal pond, this will over flow in to the pond when done, to cover the tank over flow and base with a Driftwood waterfall
Build around the tree, not a single nail / screw touched the tree!
Latter to the tree house, Trap to keep leaves off deck so we can stain before laying the liner down. Safety FIRST!!
Lilly Pad Pond / Fancy Tailed Guppies, Something got to feed those big fish
Here is the shallow end, maybe
Last view of a flat yard,
Primary Line to test for sharp objects!
None found, The oak tree roots dictated the shape of the bottom
Future home buyer inspecting the construction
Finial 45 Mil Firestone liner, There went the water bill
Pull the Liner Tight!!!!!!
Future site of River! Okay it is a creek or slough, but it is next!
